E-Fish-Ent Custom Rods offers a lifetime warranty on all labor completed by our team. E-Fish-Ent also offers a 1 year warranty covering against any defects in blanks and materials. E-Fish-Ent reserves the right to repair or replace any product covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover theft, fire, misplaced pieces of rods, wear and tear or intentional breakage.

Each warranty claim will require the purchaser to provide photographs or physical evidence of the damaged product as well as the original sales receipt. E-Fish-Ent has the sole responsibility to determine if a product is covered under warranty.

Handling - All in stock rod orders will ship within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday. At the time of a custom rod order, an approximate completion date will be coordinated to the customer.

Shipping or transit time offered to you on this site are only estimates and can not be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once the order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider and not E-Fish-Ent Custom Rods. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to cut leadtimes and avoid delays caused by shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Returns for other than warranty issues may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. An original receipt will be requested during the return process.

All returns must be in unused and undamaged original condition. Shipping return costs will be the buyers responsibility.

Customer can choose to have their payment refunded or receive credit to be used on a different rod of your choice.
